I made these Golden Snitch nipple pasties for myself to wear to the midnight opening of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince next week. :D
These are my first pasties, they took me two days to make. Beading with a kitten around can be trying. The wings were bought appliques, but I beaded everything else by hand. There are small gold beads in swirls between the rows of sequins to make the spiral patterns of the snitch.

I usually wear a standard gryffindor outfit; a tie over a white shirt, grey skirt with gryffindor colours trim, and a gryffindor scarf. My plan is to wear the pasties under my white shirt and unbutton onstage at the costume contest for a big reveal. ;)

Thanks! Although they were the first pair of pasties I made, they were by no means my first try at sewing and beading. They're not for sale sorry! I actually now use them in a burlesque number which I plan to perform again soon.
A similar pair would take me about 6 hours to make, and therefore cost you about $70 including time and materials, not including shipping.
